The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Fly With Zoki and form the foundation of your contract with us.Please read them carefully,as they outline both your rights and our responsibilities.
At Fly With Zoki,we specialise in providing a personalised and seamless travel experience.We offer charter and scheduled flights, cruises, hotel accommodation, train travel, car hire, airport transfers, tickets to attractions and unique experiences.
All services are subject to availability. Prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received and travel documents issued. Traveller names must match passports exactly.
You are responsible for ensuring passenger names, travel dates, destinations and selected services are correct.
You must have permission to use the payment card and ensure sufficient funds are available. Balance must be paid by the deadline on the invoice.
You are responsible for valid documents and compliance with entry rules. Passport should be valid at least 6 months beyond return date. Check official travel advice and consult a medical professional before travel.
Share special requests at booking time. Clients must behave respectfully. Offensive or disruptive behaviour may lead to termination without refund.
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and should include Covid-19 cover, cancellation, emergency medical, repatriation, baggage and personal accident cover.
Report problems immediately during travel. If unresolved, follow up in writing within 28 days with booking reference and details.
Direct flights may include stops. Times are estimates and subject to change. Missing one sector may cancel onward flights. Reconfirm flights 72 hours before departure.
Governed by English law. Disputes subject to England & Wales courts.
